‘Oak & Walnut Jewellery Box’
A jewellery box made entirely from Burr Oak, Walnut and Chestnut. No veneers or man made materials have been used in its construction. The box has four layers each of which consisting of different size compartments to facilitate different size jewellery from large earrings to watches and necklaces. The three removable trays are lined with black wool felt and incorporate a handle on each side to aid their removal. Solid brass ‘Stop Hinges’ have been used which enable the lid to stay open in an upright position and a brass lock has been fitted to keep jewellery secure. The box sits on four turned discus shaped feet.. Price £350 Box now sold
